Everyone nowadays claims they’re “obsessed” with everything – a TV show, a coffee, their friend’s new haircut. But let’s be honest… they’re not. Dave, however, actually is. In this hilarious new show, Dave dives headfirst into the things he’s irrationally obsessed with – the everyday annoyances, strange habits, petty grudges, and ridiculous details that no normal person should care this much about… but he absolutely does! From social media nonsense to modern life’s weird unwritten rules, OBSESSED is a brutally funny deep dive into the tiny things that slowly drive us all insane. Sharp, relatable, and packed with the brutally honest observations that have made him one of the most loved comedians on the circuit, this is Dave at his funniest.
Dave Elliott
Dave Elliott is one of the go to headline acts on the NI comedy circuit and host of the popular SLY GUY Podcast. He has written and performed five solo stand-up shows to date and is touring his new show Roleplay in Spring 2024.
With appearances across BBC, Channel 4 and DAVE, Dave is one of the shining lights of this generation of Northern Irish Comedians. In 2022 Dave co-wrote the Channel 4 Blap ‘William of Orangedale’ which was nominated for an RTS NI and Broadcast Digital award and was shortlisted in the Debut Writer category for the New Voice Awards 2023.
