Welcome to the Problematic Pub website ("Website"), operated by SJS Live Limited trading as Problematic Pub. By accessing or using this Website, purchasing tickets, or attending our events, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this Website.
1. Use of the Website
1.1. You agree to use this Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit the use of the Website by any other person.
1.2. Where purchases are made by anyone under the age of 18, they should be made with the consent of a parent or guardian.
1.3. Unauthorised use of this Website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence.
2. Ticket Purchases
2.1. All tickets are subject to availability.
2.2. Once a booking has been completed, you are responsible for checking that the tickets, event date and booking details are correct.
2.3. Unless otherwise stated, tickets are non-refundable except where required by applicable UK consumer law or where an event is cancelled by us.
2.4. Tickets purchased for Weekend Comedy Shows (our regular Friday and Saturday comedy club shows) may be transferred to another Weekend Comedy Show of equal or greater value, subject to availability. Requests to transfer must be received by us at least 7 days before the original event date. Any difference in ticket price must be paid before the transfer is confirmed. Transfers cannot be made to tour shows, special events or any other event type.
2.5. Tickets purchased for Tour Shows, special events or any event other than a regular Weekend Comedy Show are non-transferable and cannot be moved to another date unless the event is cancelled by us or where required by applicable UK consumer law.
2.6. We reserve the right to refuse transfer requests that do not meet these conditions or where the requested event is sold out.
2.7. We reserve the right to cancel any booking obtained through fraudulent or unauthorised means.
2.8. Admission may require presentation of a valid ticket or booking confirmation.
3. Event Changes & Cancellations
3.1. We reserve the right to alter advertised line-ups, performers, schedules, running times or support acts where reasonably necessary.
3.2. Such changes do not automatically entitle customers to a refund.
3.3. If an event is cancelled by us, customers will normally be offered either:

a full refund;

tickets for a rescheduled performance (where applicable); or
• an alternative remedy as required by applicable UK consumer law.
4. Admission & Behaviour
4.1. We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any person whose behaviour is considered disruptive, abusive, threatening, intoxicated or likely to negatively affect the safety or enjoyment of others.
4.2. Customers may be required to provide proof of age where alcohol is sold or where an event has an age restriction.
4.3. Late arrivals may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance, if admission is permitted at all.
5. Photography & Recording
5.1. Photography, audio recording and video recording during performances are prohibited unless expressly authorised by Problematic Pub.
5.2. By attending our events, you acknowledge that photography or filming may occasionally take place for promotional, marketing or publicity purposes. By attending, you consent to your image being used for these purposes unless you notify a member of staff before the event.
6. Accessibility
6.1. We are committed to making our venue as accessible as reasonably possible.
6.2. If you require accessibility assistance or have specific access requirements, please contact us before attending so that appropriate arrangements can be made where reasonably possible.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. All content on this Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, branding, images, videos and digital downloads, is the property of SJS Live Limited, Problematic Pub or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.
7.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any content on this Website without our prior written permission.
8. User-Generated Content
8.1. By submitting content to the Website, you grant SJS Live Limited a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual and worldwide licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish and display that content.
8.2. You warrant that any content submitted does not infringe the rights of any third party or violate any applicable law.
8.3. We reserve the right to remove any user-generated content at our sole discretion.
