Dan Nightingale

Fresh out of University in the early Noughties, Dan started working behind the bar in a local comedy club, and already the seeds for his future career were sown. He took to the stage for the first time only a few months later and found himself catapulted to the forefront of the comedy scene. One of the tand-ups' brightest stars. A natural on stage, a total original and one of comedy's most exciting secrets. Dan combines cutting observation with his natural playfulness, raucous banter with beautiful surrealness, and great gags with heartfelt ramblings. His comedy is genuine, creative, honest, unpredictable, original and above all… funny as hell.

Jacob Hawley

After reaching the finals of the BBC New Comedy Award, writing and starring in numerous shorts for BBC3 and featuring on Radio 4 and Talksport, Jacob Hawley has become a critically acclaimed new voice in comedy after his debut show Howl premiered at The Edinburgh Fringe in 2018. A well-honed live act, Jacob regularly performs at some of the biggest and best clubs in the UK, and he is currently developing his own projects for TV and Radio. He has a fairly decent website, an okay Twitter account, and a top-notch Instagram account

Dan Coughtrey

Dan Coughtrey is a rising stand-up comedian based in Cardiff, Wales.

He blends observational humour with surreal and topical elements: his profile describes him as an “observational comedian with surprising punchlines”.

Coughtrey’s live show credits include performances such as “2 Welsh 2 Furious: Sully Jones & Dan Coughtrey”, highlighting his presence on the Welsh comedy circuit.

On the UK comedy database, he is listed simply as “Welsh / Comedian” with credits that include appearances at venues and festivals (for example, at the Bath Comedy Festival in 2023).

A reviewer of a show in Weston-super-Mare described him as “a young comic who has all the hallmarks of a jaded veteran of comedy, and his material reflects that — balancing silly and dark material that will hit the spectrum of emotions that humans experience.”
